Returns & Damages
All returns and damages must be notified within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
I received damaged or missing items, what should I do?
Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
These claims should be submitted to our returns department at [email protected] with the following information(s):
Invoice#, Style, Color, Qty, Size, Reason, and Image
What is an RA?
A Return Authorization (RA) is a number that is generated and provided to you if the item(s) returning has been authorized. This allows us to monitor approved returns. Shipments without an RA will NOT be approved for credit.
A Return Shipping (RS) Label is not the same as an (RA). All returns must be shipped by the buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
What is the process for obtaining a RA?
Contact either your Account Executive or our returns department at [email protected]. If your claim is approved, an RA will be issued. You can then ship your merchandise to our returns warehouse.
How long is my RA valid?
Your RA is valid for 5 days from the date it is issued, so please complete your return as soon as possible!
What is a Credit Memo?
A credit memo is created after we have received and processed your claim for a return or damage.
How do I get a credit memo for a refund?
Once the warehouse processes your authorized return, a credit memo is generated. For accounts on credit card terms, we will refund your credit card on file. If you did not purchase our goods directly from By Together please contact the original seller.
I received damaged goods what should I do?
Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise and should be submitted to [email protected]. If your damage request has been approved and credit memo issued, accounts on credit card terms will receive a refund to the credit card on file.
What is considered a damage?
We will NOT accept returns and/or damages for the following reasons unrelated to manufacturer’s production after it has been taken out of its original packaging such as: worn, washed, altered, snagged & ripped from fitting room try-on, makeup stains, and any damages caused by retail consumers. Label change modifications to the styles are considered a non-vendor damage. All damages and discrepancies must be reported before style modifications. Returns must be in original packaging.
Terms of Sale Events
– All promotional sale event purchases are final sale.
– Styles are limited and inventory is subject to change. Orders may ship in non-standard pack ratios.
– Free shipping and other promos cannot be applied throughout the duration of the event.
– Sale event prices will not be honored for purchases made before or after the time of the event.
