How can I start carrying By Together in my store?

Where can I purchase By Together products?
We’d love for buyers to shop directly with us on our new B2B site www.wholesale.bytogether.com or with our amazing Account Executives! However, you can also find our products on third-party wholesale websites such as Faire and Fashion Go.
I'm live outside of the US, can I still purchase?
Yes! You can shop online with a credit card outside of the US. Your payment will be in USD and your order will be processed with your preferred shipping carrier.
How can I receive a copy of my invoice?
A copy of your invoice will be automatically emailed to your 'Invoice E-mail' on file. You can also log in at wholesale.bytogether.com and go to 'My Order History' to view all closed orders. For further assistance contact Customer Service at [email protected] to request an invoice copy and/or update your 'Invoice E-mail' address.
What payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers.
How can I place an order or reorder?

If an item is no longer available online, can I still call to order?
Yes, but please note in most cases if it is no longer available online, it may be sold out. However, it never hurts to ask. We may surprise you!
How do I combine an order during checkout if the styles are from different line sheets?
Our B2B allows users to shop from multiple line sheets at once. A purchase order that includes styles from various line sheets will be submitted with one ship window. If you would like to place separate orders, simply shop, and check out one line sheet at a time. For requests to update orders that have already been submitted, please reach out to your Account Executive or contact [email protected]
What is an ETA?
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) means the estimated time an item will be available XLA. ETAs can fluctuate -/+ 2 weeks. Given our “as ready” shipping policy, you will be guaranteed to receive the orders within the season but not on the exact ETA.
What does B2B Order Status ‘Approved’ mean on my order?
This means we have received your order and will ship it as ready within your shipping window selected at checkout. ETAs are subject to change and are NOT guaranteed.
Can I make changes to an order which has already been ‘approved’?
You cannot make changes to an order that has an ‘Approved’ status. Reach out to our Online team at [email protected]. Changes to a confirmed order can be made via in writing via email within 10 days of order confirmation. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been processed for shipping.
How can I view my order history?
Simply log in and click 'Orders' in the page header. This will display your order history and you will have options to filter by order date and order status. For order history older than January 2022 contact Customer Service at [email protected]. We updated our system in 2022 to give you a better shopping experience and have your history archived elsewhere.
